Purpose of the website
This website provides parish information, including Mass and office timings, sacramental guidance, news, events, documents, ministries, contact details and donation information. It does not replace direct pastoral, medical, legal, financial or emergency advice.
Accuracy and changes
We aim to keep information accurate, but schedules, contacts, events and services can change. Important arrangements should be confirmed with the parish office. We may correct, update, suspend or remove website content without notice.
Pastoral and emergency matters
Website messages and email are not monitored continuously. For urgent Anointing of the Sick or pastoral care, telephone a parish priest. For medical, safety or other emergencies, contact the appropriate emergency service.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with availability, impersonate another person, collect information unlawfully or use parish content for unlawful, misleading or harmful purposes.
Copyright and permitted use
Unless otherwise stated, website text, design, parish photographs, graphics, downloadable material and branding belong to the Parish or are used with permission. You may view and download material for personal, non-commercial parish-related use. Republishing, modifying or commercially exploiting it requires prior written permission, except where law permits otherwise.
Parish photography and media
Photography and recordings may occur at public parish worship and community events and may be used for parish documentary, pastoral and communication purposes, including the website, social media, newsletters and notices. Requests not to be photographed, or reasonable requests to review or remove an identifiable published image, may be sent to the parish office. Additional safeguards apply to children and vulnerable persons as described in our Privacy Policy.
Downloads and external links
Forms, notices and newsletters are supplied for convenience and may be replaced by newer versions. External websites and services are governed by their own terms and policies; the Parish is not responsible for their availability or content.
Donations
Verify current bank details directly with the parish office before transferring funds. Donors are responsible for entering correct payment information and retaining transaction records. Any receipt or refund is subject to parish policy and applicable requirements.
Availability and liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, the Parish is not responsible for indirect loss arising from reliance on website information, interrupted access, third-party services or unauthorised misuse.
